About Jay-J
Known for his signature deep and funky house sound, he's released more than 200 records on labels like Defected, Om, Ultra, and his own Shifted Music. A mainstay of the global house scene, he’s collaborated with Kaskade, Miguel Migs, and IO’s own Andy Caldewell. Performed in over 40 countries, everywhere from Pacha Ibiza to Ministry of Sound London, and had residencies in Sydney, Australia, and Vancouver, Canada. He’s remixed Alicia Keys, Josh Stone, and many others, with his remix of Jill Scott’s “He Loves Me” earning him a Grammy nod and cemented his status as a go-to mix engineer for club-ready house music.
