Summer courses begin July 13th
Spin Class is a three-month deep dive into the art of DJing. Throughout 10 interactive lessons, you’ll learn the foundational skills every DJ needs to rock a party – beatmatching, phrasing, mixing, and reading a crowd – as well as the behind-the-scenes work that makes a DJ stand out: digging for music, organizing your library, building playlists, and recording sets.
In class, you’ll use Pioneer DJ controllers (DDJ-FLX4s) for hands-on exercises and challenges. Outside of class, you’ll book time in our studio equipped with an industry-standard club setup (2 x CDJ-3000s, DJM-A9 Mixer). Every class is recorded and comes with notes, videos, and a weekly assignment that you'll share in the following class. We also provide three private lessons with your instructor to help you further refine your style, build confidence behind the decks, and get ready for your first gig.
